Overnight Oats are perfect if you have a busy morning or just can’t get up in time (like me haha). Tahini is sesame paste and you may know it as a typical ingredient in hummus. However, it also tastes amazing in a sweet dish, especially in combination with honey. Never forget to add a tiny pinch of salt to your overnight oats, it really brings out all the flavours.

(1 Serving)

1 Banana

60g old fashioned/ rolled oats

100ml milk

150g greek yogurt

1 tbsp flax seeds

1 tbsp roasted sesame seeds

1 tbsp tahini

1 tbsp honey

1 tsp of cinnamon

a pinch of salt

In a medium bowl smash half the banana with a fork. Add all other ingredients and stir well until everything is combined and the mixture has a smooth texture.

Cover the bowl with cling foil or fill the mixture in an air tight container. Place in the fridge over night.

Before serving, top the overnight oats with banana slices and some more honey. Enjoy!
